If you are a registered shareholder of AMD, and you have questions regarding your stock certificates, your account, a change of address, transfer of stock ownership, or lost or missing stock certificates, please contact AMD’s stock transfer agent, Computershare. 

Please note that if you purchased or sold your AMD shares through a brokerage firm and held the shares under the brokerage firm's "street name" (meaning the shares are registered to the brokerage firm and you do not have stock certificates in your possession), then records related to these transactions will be maintained by that specific brokerage, not Computershare.
